Proper care of (tree) climbing harnesses
In tree climbing, climbing harnesses are exposed to the weather every day. Heavy soiling, for example by resin, cannot be avoided. This causes the material to wear out more quickly. Therefore, you should clean your climbing harness regularly – but not too often.

New chainsaw protection standard: EN 11393 replaces EN 381
In recent years, the well-known European standard EN 381 has been completely revised. These changes have been incorporated into the new standard EN 11393, which will replace the old one. There are also some interesting changes for users.

Women’s ArbCamp 2019
Every year the Women’s ArbCamp brings together women from arboriculture from all over the world. The 4th WAC – Women’s ArbCamp – took place in Finland 23rd–25th of August 2019. 50 Women from three continents were represented: Asia, North America and Europe. Guest article by Boel Hammarstrand
