This specially designed trigger for the Big Shot slingshot is currently appearing on Facebook. However, Freeworker will not sell this product within Germany and the EU. Because the use of the trigger is illegal in Germany! <!--more--><\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\">The use of this product is prohibited under the German Weapons Act (WaffG): Firearms in the sense of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gesetze-im-internet.de\/waffg_2002\/__1.html\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Waffengesetz (WaffG): \u00a7 1 Gegenstand und Zweck des Gesetzes, Begriffsbestimmungen\">WaffG \u00a7 1 Abs. 2 Nr. 1<\/a> (german) are, among other things, objects equivalent to firearms, \u201cbei denen bestimmungsgem\u00e4\u00df feste K\u00f6rper gezielt verschossen werden, deren Antriebsenergie durch Muskelkraft eingebracht und durch eine Sperrvorrichtung gespeichert werden kann\u201d (source: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gesetze-im-internet.de\/waffg_2002\/anlage_1.html\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Waffengesetz (WaffG): Anlage 1 (zu \u00a7 1 Abs. 4), Begriffsbestimmungen\">Waffengesetz (WaffG) Anlage 1 (zu \u00a7 1 Abs. 4)<\/a> (german), Punkt 1.2.3)*. The Trigger serves as the addressed, forbidden locking device \u2013 and thus causes the Big Shot to be classified as a firearm.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\">As a distributor and importer, we are aware of our responsibility towards our customers. For this reason, we will not import and\/or sell any products whose use is prohibited by law.
